1. General Conditions
As Sellmate is portable software delivered digitally, all sales are considered final from the moment the customer downloads the product.
2. No Refund
Due to the digital and portable nature of the product, refunds are not offered after purchase. By making the payment and downloading Sellmate, you expressly agree to this condition and waive any rights to claims related to returns or refunds.
3. Exceptions
The only applicable exception will be specific cases in which it is clearly and verifiably demonstrated that Sellmate was not correctly delivered or that there is a significant technical failure solely attributable to SellmateApp, preventing initial use of the product.
In such cases, the customer must contact technical support within a maximum period of 48 hours after purchase, providing clear and detailed evidence of the failure for evaluation.
4. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure, prior to purchase, that Sellmate meets their specific needs, including technical and functional compatibility with their operating environment.
